Application Process
HND Applicants: Before you continue with the admission process on our website, please download and read the NBTE HND Admission Guide and proceed to register on the NBTE HND Admission Portal. This is a compulsory requirement before you can secure an admission to study any of our HND programs!
Application fee is ₦5,000 only, excluding VAT. The application fee is waived for JAMB’s UTME Applicants for Benue State Polytechnic, Ugbokolo. They are only required to create their accounts HERE.
To print your admission form:
- You can visit the ICT Directorate to get it done or simply log in to your account and send an email via the 'Support' link in your account menu. Use 'Application Reference' as the subject and include your Order ID (Payment Reference Number for Admission Form Payment) in the body of the message.
- This will enable the support team to verify your payment and activate your account, allowing you to print your admission form via the 'Downloads' menu link in your account.
To print your admission letter:
- You can visit the ICT Directorate to complete this process or simply log in to your account and send an email via the 'Support' link in your account menu. Use 'Application Reference' as the subject and include your Order ID (Payment Reference Number for the Admission Acceptance Fee Payment) in the body of the message.
- Once verified, the support team will activate your account, allowing you to print your admission letter via the 'Downloads' menu link in your account.
To pay required fees:
- You can visit the ICT Directorate to complete the process or simply log in to your account, click on ‘Semester Register’ in your account menu, and then select ‘Pay Bursary Fees’.
- On the page that loads, tap the ‘Start’ button, select the required fee item, and tap the ‘Continue’ button to complete the payment. Please note the Order ID (Payment Reference Number) for future reference.

This link is exclusively for graduates or former students of the Polytechnic whose data were not previously captured on this portal. It is intended for accessing post-graduation services, including the processing of statements of results, certificates, transcripts, and other related services that may become available.
- If you have previously created an account on this portal as an alumnus of the Polytechnic, you don't need to create another one. Simply click the 'Login' button below to access your account.
