HND Applicants: Before you continue with the admission process on our website, please download and read the NBTE HND Admission Guide and proceed to register on the NBTE HND Admission Portal. This is a compulsory requirement before you can secure an admission to study any of our HND programs!
Application fee is ₦5,000 only, excluding VAT. The application fee is waived for JAMB’s UTME Applicants for Benue State Polytechnic, Ugbokolo.

Please read the following carefully:
- If you have already created an account on this portal as an existing student, you don't need to create another one. Simply click the 'Login' button below to access your account.
- Existing students who have not previously created an account on this portal can click the 'Create Account' button below to get started.
- Students of Akperan Orshi Polytechnic, Yandev; Akawe Torkula Polytechnic, Makurdi; and Gboko Polytechnic, Gboko, whose Statements of Result are issued in affiliation with Benue State Polytechnic, Ugbokolo, should click the 'Create Account' button below to get started.
To pay required fees:

For students admitted from 2025/2026:
- Log in, go to Semester Register → Pay Bursary Fees.
- Click Start, select the fee item, then Continue to complete payment. Keep the Invoice/Order ID for reference.
- Follow on-screen directions to generate your matric number (new students) or register (returning students).

For students admitted before 2025/2026:
- Log in, go to Semester Register → Pay Bursary Fees.
- Click Start, select the fee item, then Continue to complete payment. Keep the Invoice/Order ID for reference.
- Visit the Directorate of ICT to generate your matric number (1st year) or complete your 2nd year registration.
- Need help? Visit the Directorate of ICT or use the Support Desks link in the footer to send your request by email.

ALUMNI
This link is exclusively for graduates or former students of the Polytechnic whose data were not previously captured on this portal. It is intended for accessing post-graduation services, including processing statements of result, certificates, transcripts, and other related services that may become available.
