You need:
- Internet access via a Smartphone, Tablet PC, Laptop PC or Desktop PC.
- An active and fully functional email address. If you don't have one you can create one on Gmail, Yahoo or Microsoft.
- A digital copy of your passport-size photo ready in jpg, jpeg or png format.
- A scanned copy of your birth certificate and school entry qualifying certificate ready in jpg, jpeg or png format.
- Approved department registration fee per student per semester to be paid via online payment service on the portal. This requires the use of an active debit or credit (ATM) card, or a bank account number. This is necessary to:
- Enable each student to register or re-validate their enrolment status in their respective departments every semester on the portal.
- Generate the live data on current and active enrolments for the semester in view.
You can't find your department for 2 possible reasons:
- You did not type your department's name correctly. Please ensure that you type your department's name correctly.
- Your H.O.D. has not registered your department on this portal. You need to contact your H.O.D. for further advice if this is the case.

No. But then, it is available for existing departments to key into the platform for more efficiency and transparency. All departments can add staff members, especially as academic staff can manage data concerning students' enrolments in their departments who have been offered admission into the polytechnic from the academic division.
